1.1.\u00a0\u00a0 These General Terms and Conditions govern the conditions of reservations via the website www.imperialcasino.eu\/strazny. APEX gaming EUROPE a.s.<\/strong> operates a hotel under the name
\nImperial Casino Guard HOTEL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1.2.\u00a0\u00a0 By visiting and browsing our website, using it and making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions below.<\/p>\n

1.3.\u00a0\u00a0 Apex gaming EUROPE a.s<\/strong>. has its registered office at V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed 808\/66, Prague 1, Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto. Identification No.: 47252481<\/p>\n

1.4.\u00a0\u00a0 Upon making a reservation via the website www.imperialcasino.eu\/strazny, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with Apex gaming EUROPE a.s., and therefore you declare that your age is 18 or more and that you accept responsibility for all payments made on your behalf or with your credit card, and confirm that the information you provided is true and correct.<\/p>\n

1.5.\u00a0\u00a0 All your reservation orders shall be considered as an expression of your will to purchase the required accommodation and other services offered. Apex gaming EUROPE a.s. is not contractually obliged to provide the services you order at the offered prices until your reservation is confirmed, and Apex gaming EUROPE a.s. receives payment in full amount for the ordered services or a credit card to guarantee the accommodation.<\/p>\n

Reservation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

2.1.\u00a0\u00a0 Through the website www.imperialcasino.eu\/strazny it is possible to make a standard online reservation of a room.<\/p>\n

2.2. Reservation may also be made through phone number +420 388 437 011<\/strong> or by e-mail sent to: reception.strazny@imperialcasino.eu<\/p>\n

Making an online reservation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

3.1.\u00a0\u00a0 The following procedure must be adhered to when making an online reservation via the website www.imperialcasino.eu\/strazny. \u00a0Complete the reservation form with all the required information concerning the accommodation (selection of the required room, dates of stay, number of persons and possibly a discount code) and then click on MAKE RESERVATION. In the next step, you will be redirected to a page where you complete the reservation form, and choose whether you want to pay for your stay in cash after you arrive or by an online transfer, when you have to enter your credit card details. There are two payment options: Either you choose to pay by your credit card or you choose a standard reservation<\/u> \u2013 payment at the hotel reception desk. After final approval and sending the reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation displaying all the details about your reservation.<\/p>\n

3.2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If you choose immediate payment by credit card as the payment method, the hotel will charge the reservation amount to the credit card specified in the reservation upon receiving the order. If the reservation is to be paid by a third party\u2019s credit card, i.e. the client going to stay at the hotel does not have the credit card, with which the payment is to be made, please contact us by e-mail sent to xxxxx, so that we can send you a link to a secure payment gateway where the payment can be made.<\/p>\n

3.3.\u00a0\u00a0 If the payment authorization is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with the reservation confirmation and invoice. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail or if you have any questions, please contact our Reservation Department using the e-mail address\u00a0reception.strazny@imperialcasino.eu<\/a>\u00a0. Always provide the reservation number when communicating with the Reservation Department.<\/p>\n

Changing the reservation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

4.1.\u00a0\u00a0 Any changes in reservations (change in name, date of reservation, type of room, etc.) must be made in writing by sending an e-mail with the required change to reception.strazny@imperialcasino.eu.<\/p>\n

4.2.\u00a0\u00a0 Every change will be confirmed back provided it is feasible. If the change cannot be made, you will be informed thereof as well.<\/p>\n

Prices<\/strong><\/h4>\n

5.1.\u00a0\u00a0 On our website, we always quote the price per room\/night and the total price for the entire stay. When making a reservation, the price in CZK and EUR is quoted in the reservation form.<\/p>\n

5.2.\u00a0\u00a0 Payment by credit card may be made in CZK or EUR.<\/p>\n

5.3.\u00a0\u00a0 Exchange rates are quoted daily, and are based on the exchange rates of the bank. Information about the exchange rate and the total price deducted from your credit\/debit card is always stated on the invoice you will receive as an attachment to the confirmation e-mail.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

7.1.\u00a0\u00a0 By making a reservation, you accept the applicable cancellation policy in the case of no-show.<\/p>\n

7.2.\u00a0\u00a0 All reservation cancellations or changes must be made in writing by email sent to reception.strazny@imperialcasino.eu<\/a>. Your reservation cancellation or change shall be confirmed back in writing.<\/p>\n

7.3.\u00a0\u00a0 For standard online reservation with payment after you arrive \u2013 no cancellation fee.<\/p>\n

7.4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0In the case of a standard online reservation with payment via the online payment gateway, the payment for the reservation will not be valid, but another date will be offered to you or the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

Complaints<\/strong><\/h4>\n

8 1.\u00a0\u00a0 If you have any complaint about the quality of accommodation or if you have any reservations concerning the services provided, please try to solve the problem immediately with the reception desk staff or with the hotel management, and allow them to make remedy as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

8.2.\u00a0\u00a0 If it is not possible to resolve the problem on the spot, please send us your complaint to the e-mail address reception.strazny@imperialcasino.eu no later than 30 days from the date of your return. Your complaint shall be investigated.<\/p>\n

Apex gaming EUROPE a.s.<\/strong> reserves the right to change these commercial terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to regularly check the wording of these commercial terms and conditions before each reservation and to become familiarized with any changes.<\/p>\n
