Responsible Gaming

Casino gaming should be, above all, fun. That’s why we support the principles of responsible gaming and offer tools to help you keep your time and spending under control. If you feel you need to limit your gaming or take a break from it, you can use some of the available options.

Setting Limits and Self-Exclusion Measures

To better control your gaming, you can set self-exclusion measures that will help you regulate both the time you spend playing and the funds you allocate to gaming.

All limits can be set or adjusted at the casino reception desk. If you have any questions, our staff will be happy to provide you with the necessary information.

Limits for Live Games

For live games, you can set:

  • a maximum net loss per calendar day,
  • a maximum net loss per calendar month.

Limits for Technical Games

For technical games, you can set:

  • the maximum bet amount per calendar day,
  • the maximum bet amount per calendar month,
  • a maximum net loss per calendar day,
  • a maximum net loss per calendar month,
  • the maximum time spent playing.

Visit Limits

Regardless of the type of game, you can also set the maximum number of visits to the gaming area within a single calendar month.

How Limit Changes Work

  • If you tighten a limit, the change takes effect immediately.
  • An increase in the daily limit takes effect no sooner than the seventh calendar day after the request is submitted.
  • An increase in the monthly limit takes effect starting the following calendar month, but no sooner than the seventh calendar day after the request is submitted.

We recommend setting limits based on your actual financial and time constraints. Gaming should never come at the expense of these.

A Short Break from Gambling

If you need a break from gaming immediately, you can use the Panic Button, which will immediately exclude you from participating in gambling for 48 hours at all gambling operators in the Czech Republic.

During this time, you will not be able to participate in gambling or deposit funds into your player accounts.

Long-Term Exclusion from Gambling

If a short break isn’t enough for you, you can request to be added to the Register of Excluded Persons (RVO), which is maintained by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.

Being listed in the RVO prevents you from participating in gambling with any licensed operators in the Czech Republic and also prevents you from depositing funds into your player accounts.

You can submit your request through the Czech Ministry of Finance website.

The Ten Rules of Responsible Gaming

  1. Always keep in mind that betting and gaming are purely for entertainment; they are never a source of income.
  2. Set a maximum bet amount in advance and determine what portion of your finances you will use for betting.
  3. Set a maximum amount you’re willing to lose in advance, stick to it, and never exceed it.
  4. Play only with your own money; never borrow money for gaming.
  5. Use the operators’ tools to set financial limits and time limits for your gaming sessions.
  6. Play only when you are in good mental and physical condition. Avoid gaming while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or during stressful personal or health situations.
  7. Bet and play only where it is legal and conducted according to fair rules.
  8. Take regular breaks while playing to maintain perspective and control over your decision-making.
  9. Never try to recoup your losses by playing more.
  10. Regularly monitor your behavior while playing. Fill your free time with other forms of entertainment as well.
Play responsibly.
